The candidate will be a member of the Enterprise Sales Team at Salesforce, working on Salesforce’s largest and most strategic Communications & Media Accounts. They will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Recognition, and Legal teams to handle and process contract orders. The ideal candidate will have: an eye for detail; a strong operational skill set; a willingness to identify and drive process improvements; the ability to coordinate between multiple teams; the drive to learn and outstanding communication skills with internal and external customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, Revenue Recognition, and Legal on contract issues and provide assistance in contract negotiation
- Assist in the creation and execution of courtesy quotes and swaps, including re-pricing and billing initiatives
- Process contracts and orders and ensure all documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy
- Support licensing and new org provisioning
- Contributes ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- 1+ year of work experience
- Proven and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Capability and flexibility to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Self-Motivated and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $13,200.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $132,000.For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,700 to $120,600.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
