Your Impact:

  • Define and communicate the long-term vision, mission, and strategic direction for the Enterprise Knowledge platform, ensuring alignment with broader Data Cloud goals.

  • Partner with Product Management and other technical leaders to define and complete a roadmap that advances platform capabilities and aligns with customer needs.

  • Be responsible for the recruitment, training, and mentoring of engineering talent, driving the continuous growth of the team to meet evolving demands.

  • Ensure the successful and timely delivery of engineering projects, balancing challenging priorities and risks while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Implement best practices and efficient engineering processes, creating a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring alignment across all teams.

  • Champion new technologies and innovative solutions to ensure the platform evolves to support next-gen AI capabilities and enterprise-level scalability.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in a director or senior management role leading high-performance teams.

  • Strong technical background in distributed systems, data architecture, and AI-driven solutions, with deep experience in leading complex, high-scale platforms.

  • Proven ability to bring mobile software to market (having an app available in the App Store for which you were a key contributor is a big plus).

  • Proven track record to successfully deliver complex products from conception through launch, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.

  • Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution, making informed decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
