We are currently looking for curious and driven Senior Account Executives with solid business-to-business sales and account management experience and cloud technology affinity. You will be selling our entire portfolio of products across a Process- & Discrete Manufacturing Industry aligned patch of enterprise accounts.

Your impact:

  • As part of our enterprise sales team you will be selling to our top global enterprise accounts in the Process- & Discrete Manufacturing Industries, headquartered in Germany.

  • You will lead and orchestrate an extended team developing and implementing strategic account plans to win new accounts and grow our business with existing customer accounts.

  • You will lead sophisticated sales-cycles end-to-end, often approaching and communicating our point of view (POV) and value propositions to C-level executives at our (target) accounts.

  • You will build pipeline, forecast sales results and target achievement, while creating satisfied customers and successful account teams.

  • You will evangelise the Salesforce vision through company presentations and product demonstrations, in-market events and account specific initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 year experience of management consulting, solution selling or key account management.

  • Strong business acumen and good business process leadership skills required.

  • Process- & Discrete Manufacturing Industry knowledge preferred.

  • Project management- and project delivery know how and experience useful.

  • Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for credible accounts and enterprise sales territories.

  • Ability to sell both: single applications (SaaS) and deployment of a platform (PaaS).

  • Optimally build and foster internal and external networks.

  • Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and cultivate relationships.

  • Excellent at using C-level and Lines of Business (LOB) relationships.

  • Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and an aim to succeed.

  • Must be proficient in both oral and written communication skills in German and English (both in full professional proficiency).

  • Ability to negotiate sophisticated deals.
