- Call out major risks and issues and develop a clear path to resolution. Individual needs the ability to 'see around corners'.
- Act as a change agent to establish best practices, standardized frameworks and tooling to facilitate program delivery.
- Define critical metrics related to process, product and program needs; deliver the analysis and related communications to enable program success.
- Influence peers, managers, and other leaders within the company in addition to immediate team members
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 10+ years of program management experience in positions of increasing responsibility.

- Need to know enough to understand the challenges, and recognize the lack of alignment and what is not working. You have the “Pulse”.
- Demonstrated cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills with Executive Leadership, with demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members and external parties.
- Experience in building an operational model for organizations/business units.
- Experience in sustaining a continuous improvement model for availability and/or observability in a cloud provider environment, recommending critical initiatives, and then enabling their implementation among multiple teams.
- Experience in developing both short and long-range strategic plans that advance the Org’s objectives to improve our customer-facing services highly available and performant.
