Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Support Engineer in Atlanta, GA:
Job Duties: Function as the main point of contact for day-to-day coding related issue resolution for our customers and/or partners. Resolve customer service issues and strategically handle complex customer service problems. Manage customers’ expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers. Serve as a Sales Cloud Subject matter expert to manage global and strategic enterprise cases, addressing and resolving escalated technical and business issues. Provide effective and timely communication about cases to Salesforce customers. Identify training/education gaps within the team and develop/implement plans to address them. Communicate best practices with the team to enhance the quality and efficiency of the technical support group and contribute to the team knowledge base. Advocate clients' priorities internally within Salesforce. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Apex programming (2) Lightning/LWC framework (3) Service and Sales Cloud concepts (4) Front end programming using HTML and CSS (5) Workbench (6) Visual Studio.
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
