Salesforce Inc. seeks Operations Senior Manager in Austin, TX:
Job Duties: Create informative and actionable insights that highlight relevant business trends specific to account management covering a spectrum of business domains (offer Management, Renewals, Technical Architects) and opportunities for improvement. Create Demand plans using statistical methods and forecasting techniques for account management and related subfunctions on an annual, qtly basis. Maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region/customer health, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators and its alignment and correlation to overall revenue and financial envelope. Estimate scenario based futuristic plans and resourcing needs for Go-to-market opportunities and build repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower leaders on most impactful programs and its return on investments. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve or define processes that promote operational efficiency and ensure consistent reporting standards in the domain of account management, offers and renewals management. Support day to day inquiries from the team, providing prompt and efficient resource strategy and estimations and its resolution to a wide range of issues / problem statements and developing operational & futuristic proof-of concepts. Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues. Manage a team of domain experts, data analysts, data engineers across multiple geographies and domain specific subject matter experts in the account management and customer success domain. Oversee team’s deliverables, stakeholder engagement and performance of team members. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices is required 1-2 times a month.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Business or Data Analysis Tools; (2) Advanced Statistics; (3) Forecasting Models; (4) Hypothesis Testing; (5) Insight Generation; (6) Storyboarding and Presentation; (7) Business Operations; and (8) Project Management. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices is required 1-2 times a month.
Salary: $136,600.00 - $201,000.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $201,000.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $201,000.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $201,000.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $201,000.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $201,000.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $201,000.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
