Join our team as a Global Strategic Processes & Enablement Sr. Analyst, where you'll be essential to our marketing operations and agency collaborations. You'll play a key role in improving the efficiency of our marketing team by empowering marketers to confidently adopt new ways of working. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to seamlessly collaborate across global teams. You'll be responsible for maintaining marketing processes, managing documentation, handling communications, and aligning business requirements. We'll help you grow into a Marketing Operations expert, providing the guidance and tools you need to improve your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Excellence: Discover opportunities to drive efficiency in the go-to-market process for media buying, both with agencies and internal teams. Analyze and refine workflows to streamline operations, ensuring timely, brand-safe, compliant, and effective campaign launches.
- Brand Safety and Compliance: Maintain and update brand safety escalation policies in collaboration with legal and marketing teams. Conduct regular audits of who has access to accounts and advertisers. Understand and communicate how to share data and audiences safely and in compliance by platform and partner.
- Team Enablement: Gather feedback from global campaigns and sports marketing leaders on knowledge gaps, guide best practices, and self-serve resources. Facilitate collaborative learning sessions and communicate upcoming workshops to share insights, best practices, and innovative approaches. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize marketing operations.
- Broadcast Communications: Clearly convey sophisticated ideas, timelines and operational mentorship. Tailor updates to specific needs and interests of the audience. Own monthly communications, consolidate key deadlines and critical launches for team visibility. Share cross-functional resources applicable to team success. Prioritize topics and posting cadence with media buying agency for updates on processes, POV recommendations, relevant research, office closures, and more.
- Dashboard, Measurement, and Taxonomy: Partner with internal Medialab team, Brand Insights and external agencies to audit dashboard metrics and taxonomy, attend relevant meetings, and address data-related inquiries. Ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Technical experience not required but is a nice-to-have.
- Operational Support: Be the backbone for our dynamic teams like Sports and Brand Partnerships. Navigate the ins and outs of procurement, advise on vendor relationships, and facilitate any reporting needs. Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Operations, to tackle unique challenges and drive success.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years+ proven experience in a change management or operations role
- Excellent communication and social skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Navigate ambiguity, quickly adapt to new problems, and develop solutions tailored to various challenges
- Self-starter, with a capacity to learn new tools and processes independently
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Marketer-centric, with global-first mentality
Bonus skills & qualifications:
- Understanding of B2B marketing and paid advertising
- Experience working with marketing teams or having been part of a marketing organization
- Familiarity supporting marketing dashboards and taxonomy (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce, Datorama)

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
