We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Product Marketing leader to differentiate and grow our Service Cloud business in EMEA. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the product marketing strategy and plan across the region, partnering with EMEA sales, field marketing, enablement, sales programs, and extended teams as well as HQ PMM to deliver pipeline goals and increase awareness for Service Cloud. You are a proven team leader with a passion for strategy and storytelling, and you understand how to enable sales teams on value propositions as well as to collaborate with field teams to drive the pipeline with targeted marketing activations.
Responsibilities
- Be the champion, expert, and product marketing lead for Salesforce’s value proposition for Service Cloud in EMEA, helping grow our pipeline, ACV, and awareness, and implementing our product strategy in region
- Manage a team of product marketers in the region. Set the team vision as well as coach, develop, and guide the individual team members to success
- Develop and lead the market analysis, marketing strategy, and Go to Market plan for Service Cloud in EMEA working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, field marketing, sales programs, enablement, and more
- Partner with EMEA Field Marketing leadership and teams to own, customise & build content that fuels local marketing activations generating Service Cloud demand, including events, campaigns, digital and exec programs
- Lead product-related Go to Market and enablement strategy for the region, providing a mix of global and local programs, live and on-demand, and addressing short-term and long-term priorities for product growth in the region
- Capture, develop, and evangelise EMEA customer and market insights to feed into product and global marketing teams to ensure product and marketing relevance for local customer and market needs
- Lead product launches for the region, ensuring new Service Cloud products or relaunches are showing up across marketing touch points as well as driving field and market readiness for new products
- Monitor and report on the performance of Service Cloud in the EMEA market, take corrective action as needed and communicate the results of Go to Market activations including representing EMEA at QBRs & marketing reviews
- Support the wider EMEA Product Marketing organisation as part of the Leadership Team, including team learning & development, stakeholder communications and other leadership priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or equivalent. Including proven team management, mentor and development responsibilities
- Understanding of the service buyer as a target market and ability to engage with and influence this audience
- High energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative - with the execution skills to make it all count
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, fast-growing, ever-changing matrix environment and across multiple regions
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate a complex organisation to drive projects from idea to execution quickly
- Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to establish agreement for go-to-market priorities
- Strategic problem solver with a growth mindset, a bias for action and a comfort with numbers including an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
- Strong communicator and storyteller comfortable with presenting in public
- Extensive knowledge of or experience in SaaS and ideally CRM & customer service technologies
- Multi-lingual skills are desirable (English and French or German)
