The Netherlands Field Marketing team plays a crucial role in the success of our organizations go-to-market within the country, working hand in hand with our industry sales leaders, cloud and AI experts, and solution engineers. Our goal is to drive successful campaigns and events for our customers and prospect, as part of the NL Marketing plan.

Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated marketer to join the NL Marketing team. As the Field Marketing Manager, Industries, you'll collaborate closely with our senior sales stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that target complex industries like manufacturing, retail, and financial services. We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in, taking responsibility for their programs' success, communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders and meeting deadlines.

The role is based at Salesforce’s Amsterdam office with an expected in-office time min 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior sales leaders and experts in their field to build and implement industry leading campaigns tailored towards specific industries or target audiences.
  • Lead and manage the marketing campaigns for our NL salesforce generated industry events throughout the year, working with the relevant sales teams and providing logistical support pre event and on the day of the event, where needed.
  • Oversee, manage and advice on sales-led initiatives with the goal of delivering consistently best-in-class campaigns throughout the fiscal year.
  • Help develop the marketing strategy for our industries, including creating new and innovative campaigns which can be scaled across the wider regions as best practice.
  • Help deliver double digit growth in marketing driven pipeline in FY25 across defined programs in the remit of this role.
  • Define, track, and analyse events and campaigns performance metrics to monitor and improve performance, including liaising with data teams and analysts to identify and segment target data sets in order to optimize our campaigns.
  • Support the key strategic events teams on audience generation for ancillary events as part of our larger Strategic events portfolio (e.g. World Tour Amsterdam), coordinating invitations and tracking registrations against the main event lists and reporting back on registrations to target.


You're a perfect fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally at a consultancy or large B2B SaaS company
  • A strong understanding of complex industries like manufacturing, retail, and financial service
  • Proven track record to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Substantial experience collaborating with sales teams to achieve enterprise results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving environment and to manage multiple projects effectively
