We are seeking an innovative and passionate Senior Marketing Manager Leader for AppExchange ISV Recruitment who shares our vision of empowering every Trailblazer globally. Our team focuses on attracting and enabling AppExchange partners to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. As part of the ISV Recruitment Team, you will drive campaigns, marketing, and operational excellence for AppExchange Recruitment across the AMER region. Your role will be to inspire, educate, and convert entrepreneurs, founders, and established ISVs to build and grow their businesses on the Salesforce Platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and lead multi-touch marketing campaigns that create partnership awareness, net-new sales pipeline and support closing business deals. Activities include email marketing, content syndication, webinars, marketing automation, account-based marketing, content creation, and social media engagement.
  • Event Planning and Execution: From conception through execution, lead recruitment focussed events, ancillary events, executive briefings, panels, and leverage global events like Dreamforce to bring innovative insights and ideas to how we can best help our strategic partners succeed.
  • Content Creation - Produce high-quality marketing content that speaks to prospects’ struggles and highlights the benefits of the Salesforce partnership
  • Lead Nurture & Lead Follow Up: Responsible for creating clear lead champion plans and map out follow-up plans. Will work cross functionally with our GTM/Sales team & BDRs, setting goals and predicted return on investment for events and campaigns.
  • Budget and Performance: Manage marketing budget, allocate resources across tactics, and optimize spending to improve results. Manage budget to 100% spend and 100% on time. Continuously monitor marketing and sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
  • Strategic Communications: Plan, implement and present compelling communications internally and externally, to help raise awareness of Salesforce partnership opportunity within the SaaS community and also to our target customers, ensuring consistency and efficiency across various channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with the cross-functional teams including partner sales teams, communications and content teams and events team Work closely with the VP of Business Development and partner sales organization to align marketing strategies with corporate objectives, fostering collaboration between marketing and sales teams and ensuring seamless execution.

Skills

  • Technology Marketing
    • 5+ years of experience in partner or product marketing at a high tech company, or similar.
    • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms being a plus.
  • B2B demand generation - Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across various platforms, such as in collaterals, presentation decks, meetings and through Slack.
  • Analytical Skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development. Experience reporting on return on investment of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Proficiency in handling marketing budgets, resource allocation, and performance forecasting.
  • Project Management: Strong communication and organizational skills, including ability to effectively handle multiple projects at once to complete results on time and under budget.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
  • Personal Qualities - Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, proactive, positive, creative, ambitious, and open to feedback.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Ability to inspire optimism, foster a fun work environment, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with ISVs, partner programs, delivery and execution in cloud technology industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot
  • Experience managing programs and projects leveraging cloud technology
