The Director of Strategy and Operations at Salesforce AI plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment across the organization. This dynamic leader highlights a consistent track record in strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration within the AI domain. Responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, this role collaborates closely with product management, marketing, sales, customer success, pricing strategy, finance, and legal teams to ensure Salesforce AI's success in the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Salesforce AI products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead key AI go-to-market programs from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and measurement of success metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute pricing and packaging strategies that optimize revenue and market penetration.
Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and policies by working closely with finance and legal teams.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the AI landscape.
Forge strategic partnerships and cultivate relationships with key influencers and stakeholders to expand market reach and visibility.
Communicate effectively by developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of Salesforce AI products and services.
Lead and develop a team of program managers and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Establish and facilitate regular operating rhythms and leadership meetings to cultivate collaboration, streamline decision-making, and ensure effective execution across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technology product management, marketing, or sales.
Strong understanding of pricing and packaging strategies for subscription based products and services.
Experience with leading cross-functional programs
Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
