We are seeking a Senior Product Manager/Director to join our Proactive Monitoring product engineering team. Proactive Monitoring is a feature in Salesforce's Signature Success plan, offering round-the-clock monitoring of enterprise customers' production orgs, providing early warnings of issues across performance, error, and limit categories. With reported benefits such as a 35% decrease in error frequency and a 15% reduction in high-severity issues, you will have the chance to make a significant impact to the success of Salesforce's high-value customers.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback to continuously improve Proactive Monitoring capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and create delivery roadmaps for Proactive monitoring
Closely engage with engineering teams to deliver product features with efficient resourcing.
Drive product launches including working with other product management team members, service delivery, product marketing, and content teams
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products and services; experience in observability products and tooling space preferred
Consistent track record of leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience addressing executive leadership
Skilled at working independently and effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
