The Account Based Marketing Analyst will support the Account Based Marketing teams across Australia/ New Zealand, ASEAN and India to drive efficiency, operational excellence and impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, collaborative and self-driven professional. They thrive on using data and analytics combined with their initiative to proactively drive efficiencies in processes and enjoys finding ways to partner with and support colleagues to drive business impact. This role will suit someone with a strong understanding of marketing principles who has strength in analytical thinking to deliver programmatic support.
Key Responsibilities:

Data and Analytics
Monitor and advise top performing ABM campaigns and tactics for each Asia Pacific region
Monitor and advise top performing campaigns and tactics for Top Accounts across all Marketing APAC
Data driven analysis for contact, content and campaign optimisation

Campaign Support
Nominations management
Email and invite sends
Event splash pages
Sourcing content for digital programs
Support post-campaign reporting

Process efficiencies:
Work with members of the Account Based Marketing team to understand common processes, find and implement ways to make them faster, simpler and more efficient.

Administrative Support:
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Handle routine administrative tasks such as preparing internal communications and reports.
Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Qualifications
5+ years proven experience in B2B marketing in a marketing manager and/or campaign manager capacity
Salesforce knowledge and proficiency in using Marketing Cloud and Tableau (preferred)
Experience in Programmatic Account Based or Targeted Top Account Marketing, including digital programs (preferred)
