We are searching for a Senior Manager/ Director to serve as a leader of Professional Services at Salesforce Korea, which will make the best CRM Consulting for both IT and Business Operations. This person will report to Regional Vice President of Customer Success Group Korea and be responsible for managing, growing, scaling the organization to realize Customer Success in Korea Market in the name of Professional Services of Salesforce Korea.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the Best Delivery Excellence in the name of Professional Services of Salesforce for both technical and business Consulting.

  • Build the best CRM Consulting Organization in Korea having both Technical and Business Architect.

  • Exercise Leadership for each service project for Customer Success among all stakeholders including End Customers and Partners.

  • Drive projects successfully with the best Professional Services for both system building and operations.

  • Collaborate with Global Delivery Assurance on project leadership and initiatives and activities toward improving delivery excellence.

  • Develop and grow the team’s consulting skills, industry knowledge, product knowledge, competency skills, and leadership capabilities.

  • Manage multiple people and define roles, responsibilities, and expectations related to performance on projects and for internal contributions.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and approved methodologies of Salesforce

  • Sponsor engagements including cross-org best practice guidance

  • Manage project escalations - project health remediation

  • Achieve Utilization Target


Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience driving results across large company/multi functions.

  • 10+ years in a leadership position in IT Infra Operations / Technical Consulting / Professional Services in total

  • 10+ years of work experience in IT Infra / software-related professional services

  • Significant experience with building, growing, and leading consulting delivery centers.

  • Strong business sense, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

  • Willing to take action and results-driven to meet KPIs.

  • Strong organizational and management skills to run multiple projects, responsibilities, and staff.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills demonstrated by the ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal collaborators.

  • Deep understanding of technical architecture techniques, delivery methodologies, and experience successfully delivering client projects.

  • High energy and passion for the job.

  • Operational and financial management experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Korean and business level of English language skills.

  • Passion for Technology and Innovation.

  • Capable of developing a strategic vision to help drive the Technical competency delivery organization.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the supply and demand of the professional services business.

  • Drive strategic vision of One Salesforce and Delivery Excellence.

  • Support leadership in developing cross functional collaboration to support upcoming pipeline and delivery initiatives.

  • Able to effectively consult, facilitate, and advise at the executive level.

  • Identify opportunities to improve critical business challenges to improve key metrics (revenue, margin, and utilization) and drive big impacts on the business.

  • Formulates points of view on issues quickly and validates utilizing vast network.

  • Growth & Operational Excellence -

Change agent responsible for leading a large group of team leads and/or first line managers, and consultants through ever evolving business rhythms, ultimately helping to improve key metrics for revenue, margin & utilization.
Partner with peers and team leads on internal initiatives, as well as drive initiatives for industry operating units.
Define hiring needs based on future pipeline. Support diversity and equality in decisions.
Work with People Leaders and Trail Guides to expand level of support for new hires.
Guide action plans for team members in stretch roles for personal development.
Identify and coach future people leaders.
Provide direct performance feedback and coaching for overall improvement.
Calibrate intra-team talent and cross-org talent
Prepare for annual promotion, merit, and stock cycles to proactively advise/decide on compensation allocation

  • Support GTM Partners

Partner closely with internal functions to support recruiting, talent management, and staffing.
Participate in pre-sales pursuits to deepen connection with license sales and product orgs.
Ensure balanced support of portfolios and projects as well as people.
Act as a SME/contributor to bodies of work such as, but not limited to, offerings, methodology, enablement.
