As the Partner Marketing Specialist for Amazon Web Services (AWS), you'll play a key role in implementing our co-marketing strategy with our strategic partner AWS. This role is crucial in program managing and launching integrated marketing campaigns, developing a variety of content, and promoting content across channels to drive engagement and pipeline. You'll collaborate closely with global teams to measure and improve the marketing funnel, and drive social media engagement. Your efforts will enhance our strategic partnership and benefit our customers, driving AWS Marketplace transactions for our Salesforce products.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Program manage and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned to growth goals with Salesforce Product and Industry teams. Work with a global mentality that emphasizes collaboration to assist regional teams in implementing campaigns internationally where relevant.

Campaign Improvement: Measure and address gaps in the marketing funnel for continuous improvement. Gather and prepare insights via presentations and communicate findings from initiatives to collaborators.

Content Development: Develop and prioritize various content types while adhering to brand guidelines. Content includes landing pages, slide decks, videos, social media, events and webinar content.

Content Promotion: Create and manage social media content using global campaign messaging. Create and publish content on internal Salesforce channels to facilitate employees promoting relevant content as well.

Event Support: Assist in driving key events and workshops, and leverage global events like Dreamforce to share innovative insights and ideas to help our strategic partners and customers succeed.

Team Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with global partnerships, marketing, and PR teams, aligning strategies with corporate objectives and participating in relevant internal and external meetings.

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in partner, demand generation, or campaign marketing at a high tech company, or similar.
  • Baseline knowledge of the Salesforce platform and products and passion for software and technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through integrated campaigns and account-based marketing; experience with AWS or other strategic tech partners a plus.
  • Experience with corporate marketing and branding, and a clear understanding of marketing strategies and concepts.
  • Ability to develop a range of assets including landing pages, slide decks, videos, social media, event and webinar content.
  • Familiarity with social media management and using global campaign messaging for content creation.
  • Experience collaborating with internal collaborators like business development teams, field sales, and strategic channel partners.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Personal qualities including self-motivation, organization, collaboration, proactivity, positivity, creativity, openness to feedback, and resilience under pressure.
  • This role is in office 4 days a week.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $125,200.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.
