Salesforce Inc. seeks Operations Senior Analyst in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations. Prepare quantitative analysis and synthesize recommendations to support strategic decision making. Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ranging from sales operations leads to business leaders. Assist in developing and delivering forecasting presentations for senior leaders. Support strategic initiatives including identifying emerging markets and fueling continued growth in more mature markets. Troubleshoot operational issues in the sales operations and forecasting process as they surface and propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes. Build dashboards for scalable insight analysis and data infrastructure to support analytical tools. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) SQL (2 years); (2) Tableau (2 years); (3) R (1 year); (4) Python (1 year); (5) Business Objects (1 year); (6) RDBMS (2 years); (7) Teradata (2 months) ; (8) Power BI (1 year); (9) Statistical Analysis (2 years); and (10) Project Management (2 years). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $91,000.00 - $150,200.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $150,200.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $150,200.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $150,200.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $150,200.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $150,200.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000 to $150,200.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
