The Office of Accessibility is looking for a Content Manager to execute content strategy - including communications and enablement - that support the Communications, Enablement, and Operations team. This role is responsible for developing messaging specifically related to accessibility and disability inclusion, as part of the company's broader DEIA strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal and external content across Slack, accessibility websites, email, social, Trailhead, and blogs

  • Collaborate with DEIA team members to execute communication strategies aligned with organizational DEIA goals and priorities

  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams including Marketing, PR, Employee Success, Sales, Philanthropy, and more.

  • Leverage data to identify and build relevant and impactful messaging. Use data-driven storytelling to drive impact through content and communication

  • Write executive communications related to partnerships, customer, and employee experiences

  • Develop messaging that reflects Salesforce’s values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Raise our external visibility and thought leadership through strategic campaigns

  • Track and analyze content metrics, including reach and sentiment, to assess effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of inclusive communications, DEI engagement, and/or PR & Communications experience
  • Deep expertise in executive, inclusion, and sensitive employee communications
  • Inspiring, detailed, and fast writer with the ability to adapt to corporate and executive voice
  • Strong attention to detail, Copy-editing strength
  • Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Comfortable navigating highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with presentation design a plus
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
