Salesforce Inc. seeks Director Portfolio Services Leader in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Generate positive feedback from internal teams and leadership and show continued professional growth and development. Inspire people to do the best work of their careers, being a multiplier, amplifying the knowledge and capability of the people around while continuing to provide an inclusive workplace as one of the Best Places to Work. Influence a group audience, facilitate, and lead discussions, develop, and lead enablement initiatives, and help achieve the competency V2MOM. Develop and execute a competency-based team building and communications plan to build a thriving culture of teamwork and collaboration. Provide expert consulting soft skills coaching to technical resources to increase their leadership and influence abilities and help open additional career path options. Act as a valuable and trusted advisor to team members and continue to build a reputation for excellence in Professional Services. When engaged in customer initiatives, assist with team leadership and help/exceed goals and metrics while providing insight into best practices. Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously and collaborate with the Go-to­Market Team to drive continued growth of services. Maintain relationships across project teams and act as an escalation point within TCG when needed, ensuring tight stakeholder alignment, and offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce.com; (2) Visualforce page; (3) Web Services; (4) Apex Data Loader; (5) Oracle; (6) Microsoft Project Plan; (7) Software Development Lifecycle; (8) Agile and Scrum Technologies; (9) Requirement Analysis; and (10) Service Oriented Architecture. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $184,600.00 - $337,800.00 per annum.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,600 to $337,800.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,600 to $337,800.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,600 to $337,800.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,600 to $337,800.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
