- Salesforce.com is looking for a Working Student to join our growing Talent Ecosystem team in the EMEA region. Talent Ecosystem is an important program to inspire young talents and career changers to be trained on Salesforce technologies and to join the Salesforce Ecosystem. Together we want to drive awareness, volume, and communities close to markets to attract, certify and place talents at our partners, customers and Salesforce itself.
The role will report into the Senior Director in EMEA and will work closely with all members of the team but also with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Role
* Be part in the development of an Ecosystem Roadmap and Playbook to increase Salesforce presence plus evaluate ways on how to best integrate and position Salesforce
* Be an expert on Salesforce training tools and products to enable our Ecosystem around all opportunities to be part of the tech-economy and have the skills needed
* Drive a successful adoption by equipping and enabling the ambassador community to host sessions at universities
* Build and grow a strong Ecosystem Community by involving all key internal and external stakeholders and by actively driving marketing activities, such as events, webinars, and communication
* Identify important measurements and drive data tracking to ensure a successful maintenance of our programs
* Create talent ecosystem assets to support our vision and spread the word around our initiatives
Desired experience
* Bachelor/Master studies in business administration, economics, human resources, commerce, etc.
* 1+ years experience (previous internships will be appreciated) in business operations, programs or business development, training & development, project management or sales readiness, in a high tech environment. Combination of these an advantage
* Proficiency in gSuite required, Salesforce.com experience an advantage
* Must be able to network across the company
* Strong problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems
* Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach
* Proactive, creative and innovative thinker
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
* Highly collaborative style and desire to learn and develop
* English proficiency is a requirement, additional languages a plus
