The Global Business Change Management Office (GBCMO) team is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our group within the Global Seller Experience (GSX) function. We work closely with cross-functional Lead to Cash stakeholders at Salesforce to execute strategic change management and Organizational Change programs. Our goal is to ensure that technology solutions effectively address Sellers and Operator pain points, enhancing their overall experience while driving adoption.

In this position, The Senior Analyst, Change Management will support the execution of enterprise-wide programs of varying complexity and requires effective collaboration with matrixed teams across Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our sellers and operators by concentrating on one or multiple change workstreams, depending on the complexity. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is a self-starter, thinks independently, excels in collaborative teamwork, and possesses skills in analyzing business requirements, end-user persona journey mapping, cross-functional partnerships, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and executing on readiness tactics to enhance overall end-user experiences while driving utilization, adoption and sustainment for change.

This position is an individual contributor role and reports into the Global Business Change Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium-scale change initiatives or play a significant part within larger enterprise-wide change programs

  • Review business requirements and translate them into persona based change impacts across people, process and Technology

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as Stakeholders analysis and change impact assessments for key collaborator groups to drive development of data-driven change strategies

  • Develop and own the execution of change management strategies and plans to accelerate return on investment of initiatives

  • Work closely with subject matter authorities and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content

  • Plan, develop, and work with Program and change networks to deliver creative engagement activities, driving understanding about key changes

  • Measure efficiency of change initiatives and evolve plans as needed to drive adoption, utilization and sustainment for change

  • Regularly report on activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to advance and resolve risks and issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in developing, implementing and executing change management activities

  • Ability to clearly diagnose and articulate a business problem and provide effective change readiness recommendations

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities that tailor seamlessly to appropriate audiences (i.e., managers, employees, HR Business Partners, etc.)

  • Change Management certification or equivalent experience (i.e., Prosci certified)

  • Ability to multi-task across work-streams as needed and prioritize tasks based on defined program goals and milestones

  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed organization

  • Analytical skills to drive insights from data and measure the impact of change and engagement programs at scale

  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
