We are seeking a Sr. Manager Recruiting to lead Talent Attraction across Japan and APAC. This person will help support the rapid growth of our Sales, Customer Success and Tech organizations by leading the Talent Attraction Recruiting team as we continue to evolve our recruiting model. You will work directly with the Recruiting leadership team to understand the organization’s immediate and future talent needs. You will lead, inspire and motivate a team of Sourcing Recruiters and partner with Talent Delivery Leadership to deliver against key hiring goals; all while having fun and building a strong destination community for Talent Acquisition!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the growth and development of Sourcing Recruiting team while driving accountability and performance
  • Partner with cross-functional Sourcing and Closing Recruiting teams to deliver against hiring targets across the Japan and APAC regions
  • Deliver reporting to drive transparency against key performance metrics, progress of major initiatives, and identify areas opportunity to improve performance
  • Create a healthy team culture of trust and support driven by Salesforce’s Behaviors and Values
  • Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement that advocates self-learning and peer-led team empowerment to unleash the team’s full potential
  • Compile and analyze key metrics to influence strategy with data-driven decisions to enable future growth plans, resource planning and our delivery model
  • Continuously test and implement new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that drive the collective success of the team
  • Design, implement and measure diversity sourcing initiatives while collaborating with key cross-functional partners
Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with minimum of 5 years of direct people leadership
  • Demonstrated success developing strong internal partnerships in order to gain support, influence and achieve cross-functional results across company
  • Exceptional operational experience in reporting, data analysis, and collaboration to drive strategy
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leaders to establish credibility and build trust while also motivating and championing your team
  • Background/understanding of tech industry help develop the sourcing team members along with building relationships with key business and recruiting stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Business Level Japanese required
