Role Description:

The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting operations within the Global Order Management team, focusing primarily on Professional Services & Education processes. This role will support various tasks including but not limited to deal reviews to ensure compliance with internal SOX controls, credit memo approvals, and billings support. The individual needed for this role must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, and have a heightened attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough deal reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process bookings accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist in the approval process for credit memos, verifying accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Support billing events and related activities, coordinating with other Professional Services teams and adhering to billing schedules.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams as needed to work on tasks related to bookings, billings, credit memos, system errors, and other duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the order management function and global team.
  • Assist on special projects as needed.



Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Prior order management or sales support experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a transactional environment
  • Must have strong research and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience supporting SOX controls and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines - adaptability is imperative
  • Must be able to maintain a calm and positive attitude in stressful/time-sensitive situations
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRMs, ERPs, enterprise applications a plus

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $57,600 to $79,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
