Description:
The Marketing organization is looking for a Program Manager with hands-on experience leading multi-phase programs, large-scale projects, and smaller, critical initiatives. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about promoting the program management function within the organization while executing against Salesforce high standards. The ideal candidate will partner with Program Management Leadership, Product Marketing & Enablement Teams, and cross-functional teams to plan and implement critical initiatives, actively prioritize current work, and implement projects to a successful completion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and prioritize new requests, produce project plans for approved projects, build timelines, and lead progress/status reports for each initiative and project. Drive programs and projects through facilitation of day to day communication, weekly status meetings, and team priority reviews.
  • Coordination with cross-functional program management and product marketing team to implement sales enablement and content programs.
  • Identify, develop and rollout new processes or process improvements internally
  • Where applicable, develop new tools to automate or streamline processes.


The ideal candidate will understand the many facets of program management, including:

  • Timeline building and management
  • Stakeholder management and escalations (as necessary)
  • Tools such as Slack, Google Suite, Quip, and Salesforce proprietary products (as needed)
  • Experience working with PM tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, Wrike
  • Forecasting and capacity planning
  • Agency management



Required Skills:

  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and social skills.
  • 3-5 years of Project Management/Program Management required. Preference for those working with in-house Brand Marketing and/or Product Marketing teams. Advertising agency experience not required.
  • Validated experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike.
