Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager Foundation Grants Operations in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of global strategic grantmaking portfolios, developing grantmaking practices and policies that align to industry best-practices and relevant regulations. Advise and enable grantmakers on these practices and policies, creating materials and convenings to ensure proper training. With oversight of the entire grantmaking lifecycle across all regions and portfolios, shape materials for senior-level executives and board audiences and manage processes to ensure quarterly grant dockets are executed within precise timelines. Maintain strong knowledge of grants management best practices, and serve as a trusted partner to Philanthropy leadership regarding grant management workflows and technology, as well as the oversight of quantitative and qualitative grant information available for reporting. Oversee the Grant Operations team to ensure smooth operations and maintain accurate data in the grants management system, including but not limited to grant payments, reporting and impact data. Responsible for leading all impact measurement activities related to strategic grantmaking. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Deep knowledge of and direct experience with US private foundations, US public charities, corporate giving entities, and international charitable entities; (2) charitable compliance and due diligence; (3) Salesforce admin certified with experience leading complex implementations; (4) Experience working with various grantmaking, nonprofit management, and impact management tools; (5) Experience in corporate giving sector, including employee giving and volunteerism; (6) Leading strategic operational and programmatic initiatives; (7) Roadmap development; (7) Proof-of-concept creation; (8) Program management; (9) Leading cross-functional teams; (10) Driving implementation of solutions; and (11) Executive presentations.
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $153,067.00 - $225,500.00 per annum.
