Field Marketing Analyst, Salesforce Innovation Centre, Hyderabad

Role Description:


The role of the Field Marketing Analyst, Salesforce Innovation Centre, is to help facilitate the execution and delivery of executive customer meetings within the Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC). The successful candidate will work closely with the SIC Strategist and be an integral part of the end to end meeting execution process, starting with triaging the incoming meeting requests, through to scheduling kick off calls and project managing deliverables such as the speaker briefing calls, presentation deck and the customer-facing agenda, and finally through to planning and delivering a seamless executive customer experience on the day. The position requires strong logistical and organisational skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across different parts of Salesforce, as well as with external agencies, to ensure the success of these meetings. This is a dynamic position for someone interested in developing Marketing and project management skills and developing experience in executive briefing strategy. Potential career paths leading from this role could include a role as a Strategist in the SIC team, or a career in marketing events.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive coordination of customer meetings in our Salesforce Innovation Centre, including triaging the queue of meeting requests and directing to a member of the Strategy team

  • Work closely with the SIC Strategist and Sales teams to operationally support and ensure the success of SIC engagements at our Hyderabad SIC

  • Research and understand customers visiting the SIC and develop creative ideas to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences during SIC engagements.

  • Oversee all meeting logistics, including SIC experiences, room and speaker calendar scheduling, catering coordination, and room readiness to ensure seamless engagement execution

  • Build strong working relationships and coordinate On-Site Logistics with internal stakeholders across Real Estate & Workplace Services, IT and Security

  • Greet Salesforce and customer executives, and facilitate swift guest registration

  • Work directly with SIC Strategist to gain an understanding of goals of the meeting and each discussion topic

  • Source and schedule all internal Discussion Leaders/Executives for each SIC Meeting, including scheduling speaker briefing calls, clarification of schedules and

  • Create the presentation slide deck and agenda print file for each meeting

  • Build, maintain, and update Salesforce tools and dashboards to capture, measure and share our key metrics and KPIs of our program including drafting a weekly comms to All Marketing with a status update of the SIC program

  • Manage the quarterly budget, including raising purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring budget is 100% spent


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, executive meetings and/or event management

  • Team-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to collaborate with partners and various support models

  • Experience working with Executives and Senior Leaders is also a bonus

  • Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering flawless customer experiences

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills - must be very detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and influence across various teams, elevating the overall meeting experience.
