Senior Technical Program Manager:
As a key player in our dynamic IT team, you'll lead critical Data, Integration, and Automation programs. Your role is pivotal in fostering collaboration, driving execution, and ensuring seamless communication across the company.
Please note this is not a remote opportunity. Eligible locations are for Dallas, TX, Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA. We require a minimum in office commit of 10+ times per quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with teams.
What You'll Do:
Steer programs from start to finish, aligning global business and technical teams
Develop project scopes and plans with cross-functional teams
Engage with leaders to align goals and secure approvals
Tackle risks and dependencies, crafting strategies to keep us on track
Champion decision-making, remove roadblocks, and push our strategic vision
Maintain and communicate project details, ensuring transparency and agility
Drive continuous improvement, applying lessons learned and best practices
Manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient program delivery
Who You Are:
A leader with excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels
Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional programs
Agile and adaptable, ready to shift gears when priorities change
A problem-solver with a process-driven approach
A self-starter, ready to take initiative with minimal guidance
Required Experience
7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment (i.e. Senior Technical Program Manager, Senior Technical Project Manager)
Minimum of 3+ years executing technical programs/projects in an agile framework (Scrum and/or SAFe)
Knowledge of the Data Integration and Automation space or IT Technical Program Management (i.e. integration middleware, Enterprise APIs, RBA (Robotic Process Automation))
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Agile certifications (i.e. Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
A related technical degree required
