Role Description

We are looking for critical thinkers with intuition for business, strong problem-solving skills, and natural sales instincts to join our team. The ISV Business Coach team supports inbound requests for business advisements and the needs of “ISV” partners globally. You will be responsible for managing partner relationships, handling cases, and driving resolution across a large variety of topics for partners. You will assist with the onboarding of select new partners recently introduced into our partner ecosystem and proactively identify partners with growth potential. You will align closely with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure the thorough and efficient resolution of cases and enable partners to develop. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be a tenacious self-starter every day and have a “win as a team” mentality. Our Technology Partners play a meaningful role in empowering customers through Salesforce’s AppExchange, the #1 B2B marketplace. At Salesforce, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) refers to our Technology Partnerships that develop applications that either extend or are built on Salesforce's platform and distributed on the AppExchange.

Your Impact

  • Day-to-day business managed through cases in Salesforce, Salesforce’s CRM, Slack, and email

  • Communicate directly with Partners of specific revenue ranges or stages of growth

  • Work across multiple cross-functional teams-Partner Support, Partner Account Managers, Sales Development, Operations-to triage and resolve cases for “ISV” Partners in all industries

  • Evangelize the Salesforce platform, the Partner Program, and the AppExchange ecosystem

  • Achieve yearly team Key Performance Indicators and quarterly individual Key Sales Objectives (KSOs) as outlined by the business

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University preferred, or relevant work experience equivalency

  • Driven self-starter who values and has an interest in problem-solving

  • Disciplined and demonstrates excellent time management skills

  • Positive, proactive attitude

  • Goal oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion and commitment to partner success

  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $56,560 to $75,670.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
