Who You Are

You are a strategic technology advisor who'll quickly develop close working relationships with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and teams supporting systems both upstream and downstream of Workday. You interface between Business Technology (BT) and COEs to drive business results through the effective implementation, use, enhancement and maintenance of a variety of technologies including Workday. You'll develop playbooks, road maps, and tactics to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate a successful partnership between the broader business and ES.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a thought partner with global collaborators to build flawless, end-to-end employee data migration strategies for sophisticated, high visibility employee programs
  • Use insights from CTQs, VOC, and UAT to foster innovative process improvement initiatives across partner groups
  • Assist the business to form/improve process and systems solutions that embed scalable frameworks/methodologies to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs
  • Communicate system and process changes for ES programs to global partners
  • Drive project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication and handling critical issues/risk.
  • Maintain up to date documentation and controls for systems and process supporting ES programs
  • Network cross functionally within ES - and beyond - finding opportunities to provide thought partnership for processes, procedures, and training that will shape the way the ES operates now and in the future
  • Use deep expertise of Salesforce’s approach to ES to provide support and counsel on complex issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years People Operations/Human Resources experience
  • Experience with one or more Salesforce employee lifecycle programs (G4G, M&A, Cash Program, Inclusive Promotions, Reorgs, etc.)
  • Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
  • Excel experience - including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem solving experience
  • Ability to coordinate and handle complex multi-functional projects given multiple competing priorities or perspectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to translate “data speak” into “stakeholder-speak” and deliver presentations that influence partner decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS system
  • Experience with EIBs in Workday HCM Module
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform (e.g. ADX/ADM 201)
  • Experience working with and in support of diverse, global communities

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
