About the Role:

As an Analyst, Event Experience Insights, you will support the research initiatives for our Strategic Events, Keynote, and Brand Technology teams. Your role is pivotal as Salesforce continues to innovate and expand our event offerings. You will engage in diverse tasks, from survey design and programming to data analysis and primary research operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with our events technology team to explore new technologies that improve attendee experiences. This is a full-time role.

You should be a consultative researcher with a curiosity about uncovering impactful insights, delivering thoughtful recommendations, and influencing business decisions to drive value.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and program quantitative online surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey.
- Analyze large data sets to extract insights and craft compelling narratives that advise strategic decisions.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business, customer, and competitive landscape through mixed-methodology research.
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders in strategic events, keynotes, and brand technology.
- Manage project timelines effectively and deliver results across multiple research studies concurrently.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze results, distill key insights, and formulate clear business recommendations.
- Travel approximately 20% or less for in-person customer engagements and listening events.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in market research, ideally with a blend of client-side and supplier-side exposure.
- Proven experience with quantitative research methods.
- Proficient in survey design, employing best practices to gather relevant data.
- Statistical knowledge: Familiarity with statistical concepts and methodologies for analyzing quantitative data sets (e.g., sampling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Technical proficiency with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, PPT/Google Slides).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in programming, quantitative design, analysis, and reporting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A natural collaborator and team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, CRM applications, and B2B products is a plus.
