Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Specialist who is passionate about producing broadcast experiences for Salesforce. The Integrated Experiences team creates engaging global event-based and virtual broadcasts using standard methodologies from television, music, and entertainment to connect with both in-person and online audiences. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn. Salesforce is an innovative, fast-paced company, and the Integrated Experiences Team reflects that. In this role, you will be supporting the production of our digital events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production Assistance: Support Broadcast producers in development of content and production plans
• Assist with pre-production and on-site execution (experiential, scheduling, graphics, call sheets, scripting, logistics)
• Maintain production timelines for assigned projects
• Assist with scriptwriting for broadcast content
• Attend daily meetings to update team on progress/status/issues/troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience with event and/or broadcast production
• Broadcast production knowledge (pre-production to post-production)
• On-site event operations / experiential
• Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple deadlines, and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Scriptwriting skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging and informative scripts

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,200 to $150,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
