We are looking for a Workforce Strategy and Planning Senior Analyst to join our Finance Operational Excellence team. This role will work collaboratively to drive effective workforce planning outcomes and headcount management for Finance; this team member will play a pivotal role to plan and monitor the evolution of the Finance organization by aligning talent supply and demand to various business scenarios.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern positions in Workday according to plan and budget for the Finance org

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and standard reports to inform Finance leadership and workforce planning stakeholders on key workforce trends and insights

  • Partner with Finance Planning & Analysis Business Partner to monitor and manage Finance workforce spend

  • Support the execution of workforce programs and other transformation initiatives

  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis on workforce planning topics that help define our

  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues in our workforce planning data sources and systems of record to ensure data accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyze, present, and action on raw data with expertise in Google sheets and/or other data visualization tools

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

  • Ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations to VPs and SVPs

  • Ability to stay organized and manage deadlines

  • Willing to overcome organizational obstacles and develop creative solutions

  • A self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change

  • Excellent team player that is able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday position management

  • Experience conducting analysis with workforce data
