The Salesforce Enterprise Transformation Strategy and Delivery Team is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Transformation Value Realization! In this role, you will lead the reporting day-to-day processes of the Value Realization Office including analytics to track and measure progress and accountability. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive coordinated processes, reporting and recommendations, all while building trust with stakeholders along the way. This position will report to the Director, Strategy and Value Realization.

Areas of focus may include, but are not limited to:

Data Analysis and Business Insights

  • Own accurate and timely Transformation Portfolio metrics and KPIs throughout the lifecycle of portfolio, in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Partner with technical resources to build requirements for effective, scalable dashboards and scorecards to drive transformation accountability and visibility on value realized, initiative execution health, and other operational KPIs
  • Draw key insights and variance trends to raise up to leadership to support strategic decision making
  • Independently address ad hoc analytical requests: gather data, build models, validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize and present executive-level summarized results in a compelling manner

Portfolio Accountability Management, Process, and Tools

  • Own transformation portfolio system of record and data-driven insights by implementing best practices and standards, and playbooks to ensure consistency and quality across the program
  • Build trusted relationships with key Finance team members (Corporate Finance, Finance Business Partners), Transformation Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, and other business partners

Support Operational Cadences

  • High contributor in supporting day-to-day operations lead for the department including supporting the governance structure, managing communication channels, conducting cross-functional meetings, and training end users


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience with data analysis and reporting; proven ability to analyze, present, and action on raw data (with emphasis on data integrity and accuracy)
  • Flawless execution of activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Strong financial modeling experience, including advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required

  • Experience using data to influence leadership decisions
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
  • Experience in leading successful projects with multiple collaborators, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Function in a fast-paced environment, sometimes in ambiguity and constant change
