About the team:
As a part of the Global Advertising Technology team at Salesforce, you'll manage the regional advertising technology needs that enable the paid media EMEA teams to deliver impactful campaigns to enhance the customer journey.

We are looking for industry rockstars to help reimagine the way we empower our digital performance teams and our external partners to best-in-class omni-channel advertising at scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead AdTech regional operations for EMEA paid media team including standard methodologies, education of existing capabilities, intake regional specific needs/requests, API integrations for campaign reporting services and general administrative support (account permissions, campaign structure, taxonomy adoption)
Champion Media Lab AdTech global standard methodologies with consideration for regional needs and nuances
Manage regional Google Marketing Platform partnership team and align regional initiatives to global priorities
Support all paid media campaign activation, agency and inhouse, across search, social, content syndication, display and video
Celebrate and socialize team wins/milestones based on testing initiatives, capability testing or adoption, key campaign launches, etc.
Stay up to date on new technologies, market trends and industry best practices and privacy changes as they impact the ad ecosystem.
People Skills:
You're comfortable influencing others, managing partners, getting leadership onboard, and communicating clearly.
Ability to self-start and pivot in fast paced environment
Consulting and advising business partners using data, gathering, identifying, defining, and communicating business requirements.
Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize effectively.
Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, along with ability to influence others internally and externally.
Knowledge and Abilities:
5+ years experience managing Google Marketing Platform management (Search Ads 360, Display Video 360 and Campaign Manager) or comparable advertising technology platforms
Ad Operations experience, such as campaign creation and ad trafficking, is a plus
Ability to lead cross functional teams and projects from start to finish
Ability to prioritize and independently follow through on all tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
General understanding of martech systems - lead processors, data environments, APIs
You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products.
