Your Impact

As an OU Media Strategist, you will spearhead the end-to-end media strategy for your assigned region, driving performance and growth. Your primary focus will be on elevating awareness, fostering consideration, generating high-quality leads, nurturing high-converting pipelines, and ultimately, driving revenue for our sales partners. Collaborating cross-functionally with field marketing, product marketing, integrated campaigns, ad partners, adtech, operations, and intelligence, you will:

  • Own media performance across all channels for your cloud, collaborating closely with channel strategy teams to develop robust media plans that fuel measurable growth from brand awareness to demand generation.

  • Immerse yourself within your business to deeply understand key challenges, objectives, and audience nuances, crafting tailored solutions for your media strategy.

  • Nurture relationships with key external stakeholders across field, integrated, and product marketing teams, effectively communicating performance insights and ensuring optimal conditions for continuous optimization and peak performance.

  • Stay abreast of the latest media trends and vendor technologies, ensuring your cloud remains at the forefront of innovation.

  • Lead creative optimization strategy and foster feedback loops with designers, integrated marketing, and product marketing teams.

  • Continually innovate through testing and iteration to improve the value derived from every advertising dollar spent.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in performance marketing or general online/digital marketing, preferably within the B2B industry.

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments (agency or start-up experience a plus), adept at working autonomously and making informed decisions amidst imperfect information.

  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, empowering yourself and your team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Fluency across paid social, programmatic display, content syndication, review sites, 3rd party email, and webinar distribution.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team mentality.

  • Strong analytical skill, driven problem solver, with a natural curiosity to delve into the 'why' as well as the 'what'.

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Proficiency in French language skills.
