Role Responsibilities:
Perform website audits, prioritize opportunities with largest impact and
develop recommendations to ensure best SEO practices are met.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and competitive
analysis to develop data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams from engineers, brand and web
teams to optimize website templates, information architecture, and
performance.
Track and analyze website data using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Prepare findings from analyses and effectively communicate to internal
collaborators by telling the story within the data in a digestible format for
the audience.
Collaborate with technical teams to solve SEO-related issues, staying
up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience as a Technical SEO Analyst,
demonstrate technical initiatives improving organic search performance.
Proficiency in website analysis tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, OnCrawl,
Lumar).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
Shown success applying analytics platforms and data to provide strategic
recommendations and drive concrete action against business goals.
Thorough with a strategic mentality and a passion for continuous learning.
You are quantitative, pragmatic, and methodical in your approach to SEO.
Superb communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with multi-functional teams

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
