The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted advisor to the business to help guide decision-making through business partner support and innovative and informative analyses. We are looking for forward-thinking, results-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment, thrive in leading teams, and improve processes that will allow the company to scale with growth! This role will support the global Marketing organization from a financial planning & analysis perspective. The F&S Marketing team is seeking a self-starter who builds thoughtful analysis and reporting for Marketing leadership to guide decision-making and partners closely with teams across the Company to drive results.
-Build trusted relationships with business partners to support strategic decision-making through insightful, thoughtful analysis that is deeply grounded in data and metrics.
-Develop effective, scalable Tableau dashboards for Marketing leadership to help drive budget accountability and visibility on expenses, headcount and key metrics.
-Prepare quarterly and monthly management forecast and budget vs. actuals reporting for F&S senior leadership.
-Achieve forecast targets. Review actual and forecast variance analyses to understand drivers.
-Work cross functionally with Finance & Strategy, Marketing Ops, Accounting and other business partners.
-Drive process improvements.
-Assist with ad-hoc analysis and requests as needed.
-Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
-A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytic roles.
-Strong financial modeling experience, including advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
-Effective communication and presentation skills with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way.
-Highly motivated, detail oriented, self-aware and responsive.
-Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow.
-Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of ambiguity and constant change.
-Strong Tableau skills, including Dashboard and Prep flow development.
-Proficiency with Google Workspace, Hyperion and other financial tools.
