仕事内容:
Salesforceのビジネス拡大のためにグローバルコンサルティングファーム(GSI)のカバレッジを担当していただきます。

主な業務内容はGSIとの商談発掘や、直販とのジョイントセールスによるwin ratio向上、GSIでの弊社ソリューションとのオファリング作成支援並びにGSIアカウントチームへの弊社製品、提案内容のenablement、そしてsalesforceエンジニアの確保、育成を担当します。

・エグゼクティブを含むパートナーとのリレーション構築・強化
・パートナーとの共同ビジネスプランの企画・立案・実行
・パートナーのサービスデリバリーにおけるトラブルシューティング支援
・その他、社内関係者との連携・コーディネート

応募資格/求める経験:

・IT業界の事業部門もしくは法人営業（コンサルファーム/SIerの提案営業）経験5年以上 OR ITコンサルタント経験5年以上

・Executive ・リレーションシップの構築力

・目標・目的の達成に向けた企画力と実行力

・論理的思考力とプレゼンテーションスキル

・社内関連部門と協働するコミュニケーション力

・新しいことに積極的に取り組むチャレンジ精神とバイタリティ

・自己成長意欲・変化を楽しめる柔軟性

・英語力(読み書き)

望ましいスキル等:

・SIビジネスの事業構造理解

・IT業界におけるSIプロジェクト経験

・幅広いインダストリーの知識・経験

・CRM、デジタルマーケティング領域の知識・経験
