DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The Jr. Designer brings the comms, campaigns, and programs across Employee Success to life with beautiful, innovative, and intelligent design. We are authentic storytellers across all mediums and, through our close relationship with Global Brand Marketing, deliver work that is relevant and on-brand. And, because we have a wide view of the business, we are dot connectors and silo busters that keep the business aligned.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Jr. Designer Intern, you will need a great understanding of web and print design and experience with campaigns. You are highly organized and conceive engaging ideas that will help propel a brand that results in visually stunning creative and communicative solutions. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Design/Art Director, as well as work independently and within brand guidelines. Some jobs will require you to produce your own ideas and visions, while others will require hands-on design and production following the look and feel of existing designs. You will also work collaboratively with the copywriters, web designer and creative directors to come up with solid concepts and then own those ideas through to completion with minimal direction.

YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Design materials for events, print and social media campaigns, ensuring a consistent look and feel
• Create artwork for promotional items and advertisements for various platforms
• Understand and adhere to Salesforce brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the creative team, consisting of art director, copywriter, and web marketing leader
• Designing advertisements for digital signage

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Rising Junior pursuing a BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia Design or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of all Adobe software and Figma
• Experience with basic understanding of visual communication and branding

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Asana experience is a plus, in addition to Adobe Software
• Experience with creating digital media, websites, social media assets, and merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, water bottles) is a plus
• Candidate should feel comfortable working on projects in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment
