Your Impact:

  • Meeting and interviewing individuals from the Central Eastern Europe organization to understand how the organization is structured

  • Continuously observing and sharing opportunities for improvement

  • Independently managing own projects within the organization to drive the growth

  • Conducting in-depth research on customers and prospective customers to improve the quality and knowledge of accounts and extent the customer database

  • Gathering strategic insights into the market and competitive environment

Who we are looking for:

You are the perfect fit for our team if are currently enrolled in a University degree (Bachelor/Master) at a German university and demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Passion & Inquisitiveness: At Salesforce - we are motivated by our passion for the technology industry. Working in this fast-changing and innovative environment requires you to show a great willingness to learn and openness towards topics, also outside of your comfort zone.

  • Team-player: Success at Salesforce is a team sport. We work together in highly interdisciplinary teams and are keen to learn from other, diverse perspectives. You should bring a collaborative working style and good communication skills in English and German (additional languages especially Eastern European languages highly welcome)

  • Proactivity & Flexibility: We put our customers first - in every department and every job. You should demonstrate a high degree of proactivity and adaptability to ensure our customers success.

  • Quantitative & Presentation Skills: As a CRM company, we love data in every step of our work. Thus, an understanding and the ability to handle data is a must-have, this also includes skills in Excel / Google Sheets and visualization of results.

  • Reliability: Lastly, and most importantly, you should be able to work reliable and independently on your tasks within a given timeframe.
