About the Role
As our Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the architect of how we find, engage, and convert top talent. You’ll leverage the latest sourcing tools and AI-driven platforms, experiment with new technologies, and create repeatable systems that set the foundation for our talent acquisition strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on innovation, loves building best practices, and wants to shape how sourcing is done in a fast-growing, forward-thinking company. This is a 6 month contract.
What You’ll Do
Own the sourcing strategy across multiple functions and seniority levels, with a focus on hard-to-fill and niche roles
Leverage AI tools, automation, and advanced sourcing platforms to identify and engage top talent
Build scalable sourcing processes and systems to create a repeatable and data-driven approach
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver high-quality pipelines
Experiment with emerging sourcing technologies and continuously refine our approach.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making

Create and document best practices to enable the broader talent team and ensure sourcing excellence
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sourcing talent across technical and non-technical roles
Hands-on expertise with AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and automation workflows
A builder’s mindset—comfortable designing systems and processes from scratch
Strong ability to craft compelling outreach that converts passive candidates
Analytical approach with the ability to use data to optimize sourcing strategies
Curiosity and adaptability—always seeking out and testing new tools and methods
