The Revenue Enablement team exists to maximize employee performance by delivering impactful programs, tools, and processes. As the first Field Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and solving the unique enablement needs across our GTM segments including SMB, FinTech, Banking & Wealth, Enterprise, and New Business (SDR). You’ll partner directly with segment leaders to understand their teams’ workflows, challenges, and performance gaps and design targeted enablement strategies that accelerate productivity, adoption and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted partnerships with GTM segment leaders to uncover workflow challenges, capability gaps, and enablement opportunities
  • Conduct needs assessments to prioritize pain points across functions (Sales, Account Management, Post-Sales, SDR) and propose tailored enablement solutions
  • Develop and deliver segment-specific enablement plans that span our core focus areas: New Hire Onboarding, Product & Industry Enablement, Sales Methodology, AI Enablement, Skills Enablement, Content & Communications, Tech Stack Enablement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Enablement, New Hire Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, and L&D to drive solution design and execution
  • Serve as the voice of the field within the Enablement team bringing segment-level insight into team planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions
  • Define and track success metrics for field enablement initiatives
  • Iterate on programs and recommendations based on field feedback, performance trends, and business needs
  • Help scale enablement across segments with documentation, frameworks, toolkits, and best practices
  • Support onboarding and ramp initiatives with segment-specific enhancements

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, sales, account management, operations, GTM or other relevant roles
  • Experience working with revenue teams across multiple segments
  • Proven track record of building enablement strategies tailored to field needs, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to diagnose business problems, map enablement solutions, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across GTM, Product, Marketing, Ops, and L&D
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with an eye for simplification and clarity
  • Familiarity with tools like Highspot, LMS platforms, Gong, Salesforce, and Salesloft
  • Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Winning by Design
  • Interest in leveraging AI to drive enablement efficiency and innovation

The target base salary for this position ranges from $159,360/year to $210,000/year in San Francisco and New York.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission (if applicable), equity and benefits. The pay range shown on each job posting is the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salaries. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on factors like skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
