We are seeking a Sensor Program Manager to lead NVIDIA sensor development programs working with our sensor supplier partners for groundbreaking applications such as Autonomous Vehicles and Robotics.

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of the sensor system team, you will collaborate with NVIDIA product teams to fulfill their sensor requirements. You will engage with multiple internal cross-functional teams and vendors, often globally. Your role is to provide leadership, direction, and focus to drive projects and ensure timely delivery.

  • Create and Manage Key Project Plans: Align timelines with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Lead Internal Program Execution: Track technical issues, address communication gaps within teams, and escalate to management when necessary to ensure alignment and progress.

  • Manage Supplier and OEM Execution: Ensure alignment with feature rollout plans and coordinate sensor delivery for development and verification.

  • Maintain and Communicate Regular Updates: Provide regular updates on project status, risks/issues, schedules, and dependencies.

  • Develop New Processes: Build processes for the design, characterization, and validation of sensor modules.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience within an engineering environment.

  • Strong organizational capabilities and collaborative interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate technical concepts and issues.

  • Experience with sensor and optical design flow and manufacturing processes. Proven track record of handling the release of quality projects into manufacturing.

  • Advanced working knowledge of JIRA and Excel.

  • Familiar with factory audit process is a plus.

The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
