Craft the strategic vision for employee experience by using IT platforms and collaborating with Dev, Product, and engineering teams to drive measurable impact. Lead all aspects of the design, workflow, and implementation of scalable solutions that integrate both internal and ServiceNow product capabilities, optimizing the employee experience. Lead the strategy for AIOps and AI-driven automation in the Support Organization to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and ensure service excellence across all employee-facing tools and services.
What you will be doing:
Drive the vision and strategy for the Employee Support Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee-centric initiatives.
Own the roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, defining capabilities that will enhance employee experiences and improve IT service delivery.
Ensure the overall design and architecture of the platform provides seamless integration across systems, drives efficiency, and enhances employee satisfaction.
Design and deliver innovative solutions that improve the employee experience, using AI-driven tools and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency.
Develop comprehensive strategies to drive employee adoption of IT support tools, and continuously measure the success of these initiatives through defined KPIs.
Lead the implementation of AIOps capabilities on the ServiceNow platform to proactively detect, resolve, and automate IT service management processes to improve response times and predict issues before they impact employees.
Drive the adoption of AI-powered automation tools, integrating these capabilities to reduce manual tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance overall support service delivery.
Lead a multi-functional team of engineers, architects, and designers to build and deploy new platform capabilities that enhance employee productivity.
Establish a set of KPIs and metrics that measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the support platform and employee satisfaction, using data to continuously iterate and improve the system.
Define and implement standard methodologies for managing workflows, system maintenance, and platform updates to ensure a seamless employee experience.
What We Need To See:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent experience).
15+ overall years of experience in platform engineering, with a solid focus on ServiceNow.
7+ years of proven leadership experience, managing multi-functional teams and driving critical initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and standard processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal, written and communications skills.
Strategic vision with good problem-solving skills.
Exhibit strong leadership and management skills.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Prior Software Engineering experience is preferred
Hands-on working experience in delivering a engineering solutions leveraging GenAI and AIOps capabilities

The base salary range is 288,000 USD - 437,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
