As Director of Enterprise Training Operations, you will lead a focused team responsible for optimizing and supporting our tech stack and managing the back-office operations that bring NVIDIA training and enablement to life. You will have the unique opportunity to work with a world-class team focused on bringing the power of AI to learning tools and programs. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including salespeople, partners, IT professionals, data scientists, and product managers to successfully implement AI solutions that revolutionize how employees, partners and customers learn. In addition to leading the transformation of NVIDIA’s training and enablement tech stack, you will lead the team who manage vendor tools and relationships and drive operational efficiencies across our enterprise learning processes.
What you’ll be doing:
Flawlessly executing on the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-first training and enablement solutions for our Worldwide Field Organization and global partners.
Leading the team responsible for our training and enablement technology stack including all tools associated with content creation, training delivery, certification exam development and delivery, asset management, and learning management system (LMS).
Managing the support team who ensures all internal and external customers of our training and enablement products get responsive and accurate support.
Continuously improving reporting and metrics for training and enablement.
Establishing and managing a tech stack roadmap, implementing pilots and programs, and iterating on projects once deployed.
Managing project resources and budgets to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Developing and implementing effective project management strategies to promote consistent and efficient workflows that enhance operational excellence and streamline processes.
What we need to see:
15+ overall years of validated experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, or Program Management related to field initiatives. Minimum 10 years managing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Successful history in new process innovation, including transformative tool deployment and adoption.
Solid working knowledge and direct experience using Generative AI technologies.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the AI or technology industry, leading complex projects involving many cross-functional teams.
Experience managing programs involving various enterprise Learning Management Systems, Enablement and education tools, and programs.
Practical understanding of contemporary adult learning theories and when/how to deploy each methodology.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Natural orientation toward deep collaboration, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Active leverage of AI for your own productivity gains, and/or those of your team with results and recommendations.
Direct experience leading major business and process transformation using AI.

The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
