The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) trains developers, data scientists and researchers how to solve challenging problems using artificial intelligence, deep learning, Generative AI, accelerated computing, and the industrial metaverse. We are looking for an outstanding operations manager to join our team and drive training programs for enterprise, government and academic customers. In this role you will effectively engage with customers, partners and instructors to plan and deliver high quality learning experiences. You will also gain valuable hands-on experience assisting us in crafting and implementing systems to manage and grow the DLI training initiative.

NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU accelerated deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, we are increasingly known as “the AI computing company”. We are growing our company, and building teams with the smartest people in the world.

  • Tracking and reporting on the global training pipeline

  • Testing and implementing new systems and process improvements

  • Supporting internal NVIDIA training, including communication and management with L&D teams

  • Managing account records and reports our NVIDIA Training CRM System (Salesforce)

What we need to see:

You have 2+ years proven experience managing projects and processes, and enjoy coordinating with customers, either in a commercial firm or academic setting. Specifically, you have:

  • Earned a four-year Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

  • Experience planning and delivering workshops, symposiums, tutorials, or similar events

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage schedules in a fast-paced environment

  • A demonstrated ability to bring order from uncertainty

  • Ability to coordinate several events in parallel

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects at one time
