Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading sophisticated programs? Do you excel at operations, communication, and ensuring efficient professional services infrastructure and reporting tools? If so, the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team (NVIS) has an exciting opportunity for you! We seek a Professional Services Program Manager to lead the GPU deployment (DGX and HGX/NCP) operations program. In this role, you will be responsible for the program management aspects, ensuring the Professional Services infrastructure enables smooth execution from planning through delivery. While dedicated technology experts will handle the technical aspects, your role will be pivotal in aligning all collaborators, building a unified infrastructure, and guaranteeing program success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the operational infrastructure aspects of the program.

  • Coordinating between internal teams, customers, OEM partners, and distributors to drive program efficiency and alignment.

  • Leading timelines, deliverables, collaterals, and resources for deployment programs, ensuring smooth execution and constant improvement.

  • Collaborating with team members to define and supervise program objectives, risks, and key performance indicators.

  • Using NVIDIA’s operational systems to maintain accurate records, provide updates, and support reporting needs.

  • Supporting pre-deployment planning, including agreements and SoW processes in collaboration with customers and partners.

  • Facilitating effective communication across teams, ensuring all parties are advised and aligned throughout the program lifecycle.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of program management experience in technical operations or professional services environments.

  • Proven track record in managing sophisticated platforms involving multiple collaborators.

  • Proficient in implementing and optimizing workflows to improve overall operational efficiency.

  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication proficiency.

  • Strong organizational understanding skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Comfortable working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • A business or operations degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Ways to Stand Out of the Crowd:

  • System Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce.com, project management tools, and operational information systems.

  • Program Expertise: Familiarity with DGX and HGX/NCP deployments and the associated operational workflows.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
