At NVIDIA, we’re helping to tackle the world’s most difficult problems with our groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization. We are looking for an Account Developer Relations Manager to work closely with one or more multinational Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Service Providers to integrate our portfolio of GPU-accelerated computing solutions.

Workloads are focused on accelerating Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with a particular emphasis on Generative AI and delivering solutions across multi-cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments. Candidates will need to be passionate, hard-working and creative technologists, able to keep pace with a rapidly developing environment that is on the cutting edge of AI and High-Performance Computing. They will also need to be skilled in communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical audiences, stay organized whilst leading multiple sophisticated projects and prioritize achieving goals. These goals will continue to evolve and candidates need to be comfortable with rapid change. A further meaningful aspect of the role is technical business development and accelerated computing platform evangelism to our largest ISVs. This includes expanding use of existing solutions to other parts of the ISV organisation, integrating new solutions, co-architecting and guiding on repeatable solutions, jointly scoping project requirements for Gen AI and LLMs, understanding integrations with the ecosystem, advice on private/hybrid platforms, etc.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate across the core NVIDIA team (developer relations, engineering, product, commercial and marketing) supporting leading ISVs and Service Providers.

  • Stay up to date with NVIDIA’s broad and constantly evolving ecosystem of tools, libraries and SDKs, driving early adoption of new offerings.

  • Champion a spirit of co-innovation and find opportunities for joint success, promoting NVIDIA tools, libraries and SDKs within the ISV architect and developer communities.

  • Leverage a deep understanding of Gen AI workflows and LLM breakthroughs to evolve ecosystems and alliances, attend and present at industry events, build a network of influencers and accurately track opportunities in progress.

  • Discover new ISV workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption and share with product teams.

  • Champion ISV needs and perspectives within NVIDIA, influencing product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Some travel will be required to engage with partners and attend industry events.

What we need to see:

  • BSc or MSc in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

  • Native speaking or business fluent in German.

  • Experience working in or with Siemens.

  • 10+ years of work-related experience in technical leadership role and architecting GPU accelerated computing solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Gen AI and LLM ecosystem of startups, ISVs, data stores, CSP services and SaaS/platform offerings.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with deep empathy for developers.

  • Comfortable working in a rapidly-evolving environment which is often complex and ambiguous!

  • Clear written and oral communication skills with proven track record to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong project management skills: ability to plan, prioritize, and drive forward multiple projects simultaneously, engaging with both internal and external partners.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of recent advancements in LLMs and Gen AI.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Ability to demonstrate work across complex multinational partner organisations as a trusted technical authority, managing existing GPU-accelerated projects and using that knowledge to open further opportunities.

  • Experience working with the NVIDIA AI software platform and MLOps ecosystem of partners and solutions both in the cloud and on-prem.

  • Background with cloud-based solution designing, APIs and Microservices, orchestration platforms, storage solutions and data migration techniques.

  • Experience and empathy for software engineering and application development.
