We are currently seeking a Datacenter Systems Engineer with a strong track record of demonstrating exceptional work behaviors to join our world-class Engineering team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the next era of computing, where our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. What you'll be doing:

  • Determine and implement datacenter system requirements, ensuring flawless operation and performance.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and optimize datacenter solutions.

  • Follow established industry guidelines and maintain security standards.

  • Act as the primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for our Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) responsible for next-generation data center products.

  • Collaborate closely with ODM partners to streamline and optimize rack-level integration processes, ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing enablement.

  • Conduct detailed debugging and solving of any rack-level integration issues, providing timely resolutions to support ODM manufacturing test flows.

  • Address factory issues promptly, with the goal of improving the production line for rack-level integration and improving overall operational efficiency.

  • Provide L11 customer quality support, addressing any concerns or issues related to product integration and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Work with engineering design teams to ensure seamless integration of any changes or corrective actions necessary to support the production of quality products.

  • Offer direct feedback into the manufacturing process, supplying insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

What we need to see:

  • Proficient in identifying and resolving challenges effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree preferred.

  • Extensive experience (12+ years) in systems engineering, preferably within the data center or semiconductor industry.

  • Strong understanding of rack-level integration processes and technologies, with a focus on L10/L11 integration.

  • Proven track record to debug sophisticated technical issues and implement effective solutions in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and external partners.

  • Experience in customer support or quality assurance is a plus.

  • Proficiency in networking topologies, setup, and testing high speed networks commonly used in data center environments.

  • Capability to travel onsite to various ODM locations in North America and Asia.

This position is located in Santa Clara, CA, USA, or remote where you will be part of a vibrant tech community.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
