We are looking for a technical and customer-focused Product Manager to join our scientific software product management team focused on leading our CPU software ecosystem. You will work with software developers, hardware developers, solution architects, and research scientists to enable an array of applications on CPU based accelerated computing platforms including AI, computer vision, weather and climate, life sciences, materials science, computational chemistry, quantum computing and related fields. The ideal candidate has strong technical and problem-solving abilities, is a self-starter and has a strong scientific computing applications background. As the CPU Software Product Manager you will support our efforts in building out CPU centric products such as NVPL, Clang Compiler, and GCC. Additionally, you will take the lead on bringing up this software ecosystem - from working with engineering on software requirements for compilers and libraries to ISV engagement, application prioritization, along with requirement building and roadmap alignment in close partnership with the core CPU engineering team. You will help research, identify and train on opportunities for new and optimized products that could bring the power of accelerated computing to CPU processes. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and Prove – You will gather insights and build market analysis that provides the data to enter or change new markets through a clear value proposition for your product

  • Market intelligence – Understand your developers and champion their needs through roadmaps and priority setting

  • Build and Deliver - Meaningfully collaborate with engineering to set requirements and priorities while improving the software development process for flawless integration with NVIDIA key software products

  • Sense and Respond - Work closely with customers, build surveys, present at conferences, understand product quality and monitor critical bugs

  • Product launches – Define the go-to-market strategy and contribute to the cross-functional implementation of the plan across Marketing, PR, Sales, etc.

  • Asset creation – Work with sales and marketing to define and optimize positioning that enables the creation of technical content, including blog posts, webinars, developer tutorials, and more to communicate the product value proposition.

What We Need To See:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field or equivalent experience

  • Experience and familiarity with HPC or AI (namely scientific applications)

  • Meaningful experience in a technical leadership role at a technology company

  • At least 8 years of experience delivering software

  • Proven track record collaborating across numerous functions

  • Outstanding communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Previous experience in the development of software for Arm CPUs

  • Experience with programming models for CPUs

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
