NVIDIA Networking is looking for a Senior IC Foundry Engineer as part of the IC Product Engineering (PE) team in charge of NVIDIA mass production networking ICs testing, analysis, process optimization and material disposition. The ICs are at the cutting edge of the technology node, leading the industry in early adoption of the most advanced processes. This position combines complex data analysis of various IC parametric measurements, close work with internal groups from various fields (Design, backend, layout and analog teams, Operations, IC test, Reliability, Characterization etc.) and close interaction with the foundry engineering teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communication of all engineering issues with the foundry and follow up till full containment is implemented inline
  • Drive continues yield improvement activities with the foundry based on Product Engineering and RnD feedback
  • Monitor foundry PCM data and perform correlation to key product parameters/performance for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with RnD, ICPE and Operations in a matrix-style collaboration during NPI and HVM production phases.
  • Maintaining high quality of Mellanox products by monitoring the main component in the IC product

What we need to See:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical engineering / Material engineering / Chemical Engineering/ Physics
  • 8+ years’ experience in Process/Integration/Device engineering
  • Strong problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritization ability
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing industry: Process Engineering, FAB procedures, Quality critical metric and Reliability fundamentals
